At Phytophil, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, feeders, feeding accessories, and personal care products are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
