Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
For hygiene and safety reasons, feeders, feeding accessories, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
