Cancellation policy

At Phytophil, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order without any penalty.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may proceed with a return once you receive the item, following our Returns Policy.

  • Customized, special-order, or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Phytophil reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock availability, or any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
