  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Refunds are only applicable to the product price; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if parts are missing for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted.
