How to Use

• Chilled: Refrigerate for 1+ hour before use. Insert pad into cotton sleeve before applying to skin.
• Frozen: Freeze for at least 1 hour before use. Always insert into cotton sleeve before applying to avoid ice burns.
• Wear inside underwear like a menstrual pad. Secure using the sleeve’s snap buttons.
• Use for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Test pad temperature before application.

Cleaning & Care

Hand wash pads regularly with warm, soapy water. Cotton sleeves can be hand washed or machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle. Hang dry. During the lochia phase, clean after each use for hygiene. Non-woven covers are disposable, though they can be gently washed and reused (longevity may reduce with repeated washing).
